    We’ll transfer any deposit currently registered to our Deposit Protection Scheme and send the
    prescribed information to the tenant.
  6. Property Inspection…
    We’ll carry out an inspection and take photographs of the property to familiarise ourselves and
    provide you with an update.

    Congratulations your property is now with Kavanagh & Co. The team will keep you updated and
    you will receive your payments directly into your nominated account.

Platinum Service

Our platinum service is a service we added to provide Landlords with total piece of mind regarding the payment of rent if the tenant defaulted. We will pay the rent and cover any legal proceedings (T&C’s apply).

Fully Managed Service

A fully managed service enables you to relax and let us take care of everything. Your investment is hassle free as we find your tenant, deal with all of the financial aspects of the tenancy and take control of the maintenance of your property. Rent Collection
